The Soft Cloth Tunnel starts with the - Titan VPS

The Titan VPS (Vehicle Prep System) uses a large volume of medium pressure reclaim water to thoroughly prep all vehicles from the window ledge down prior to entering a mitter curtain.  Consisting of two triple manifold tubes with a total of 14 nozzles, the Titan eliminates the need for manual vehicle prepping.  The manifold’s brass nozzles are engineered to deliver 85 GPM to the vehicle in a 3 layer pattern for maximum cleaning at peak pump efficiency. 

 Tire Washer

Belanger’s Tire Washer is specifically designed to target and effectively clean all types of vehicle tires.  At a total cleaning length of 96 inches per wheel, the tire washer will safely optimize the cleaning effect on even the dirtiest tires.   The Tire Washer’s durable shaft is supported by oversized pivot and brush spindle bearings for maximum flexibility.  Both passenger and driver side Tire Washer assemblies are easily mounted to the tunnel floor, requiring only air and hydraulic connections. 

GYRO Wrap

Perhaps the most simple, high performance wraps that the car wash industry has ever experienced. Belanger’s research and design team borrowed the self centering characteristics of a “favorite childhood toy”, the spinning top – and mixed it with a basic trajectory control from “rocket science”, the gyroscope – to create the Gyro Head, a compressed socket joint that operates as a gyrostabilizer.   The full motion of the Gyro Head, in combination with the clutching upper wheel section and air over oil dampening control, is soft and forgiving where it needs to be, like mirrors and antennas, while it is firm and thorough in the tough cleaning areas like the rocker panels and front and rear bumpers.  

Triple Foam Pod

Belanger's Triple Foam Pod™ delivers rich fabulous triple foam onto every vehicle with minimal waste.  The Triple Foam Pod™ is constructed with three durable molded plastic chambers. Each of these foaming chambers contains a unique foam generator that creates exceptional foam which entirely covers each vehicle with thick, fluffy tri-color foam Produce gleaming wash results!  

 

Uni-Arch

Belanger’s Uni-Arch was engineered to be the most universal functioning arch in the industry. Constructed to efficiently deliver precise spray cover to the entire vehicle without waste, the Uni-Arch is used as a rinse arch. Each 12 nozzle Arch is equipped with stainless steel brass fittings.  Stainless steel fittings are approved to deliver high pressure up to 1000 PSI.  Stainless steel fittings are preferred for RO water and all industry approved acids and alkalines.  .

Belanger’s AirCannon vehicle dryers are engineered with the latest in energy efficient technology and are constructed with the highest quality materials and safety features. Wave Low Side Washer

The Wave Low Side Washer effectively cleans the sides of a vehicle with its spin motion design.  From the window ledge down, including wheels and lower rocker panels, the self adjusting tension arm system will gently hug each vehicles’ exact contour for maximum cleaning performance.
