Just as important, our programs are sure to be environmentally friendlier than the parking lot car wash events you may have relied on in the past. Parking lot and driveway car washes generate polluted runoff directly into storm drains which feed straight into local bodies of water and the Chesapeake Bay. Parke West Car Wash water is reclaimed and any excess is diverted into the sewer system where it can be safely treated.
The state of Maryland's "Department of the Environment" recently published a report recommending the use of professional car washes for fundraising as an Eco-friendly alternative to using traditional parking lot and driveway car washes...
